Other Error 157

When I first run passkey (because I do not have it set to autoload on windows startup) I get error 157. Thereafter it seems ok, even if I exit and execute passkey again.

Anyone know what the error code means and how to resolve?

Error 157 does not seem to be a DVDFab or Passkey error.
