BD+ protection with passkey

im trying to backup the movie RIO and I keep getting a window popup saying that BD+ is not supported for now. I thought BD+ was supported with passkey or is this a new version of BD+?

actually looking at the log it says its BD+ version 9

There is a sticky in the forum above this post saying BD+ gen10 is working with passkey, but this is showing BD+ gen9. This title is also an issue in one of the other forums.

Can we have an answer from a Tech pls?

Yes, BD+ is supported. But every now and then a new disc appears with new protection and you will see the message about that disc bd+ not being supported.

Anyway, it should be supported soon.

BD+ in Rio is supported now. It was a server update, no downloads needed. Please try Rio again either with PassKey or DVDFab 8.1.0.7
