I've got the paid version of Passkey and the latest update 8.0.3.9. I tried to make a backup copy, using both rip to hard disk and rip to image, of my Transformers: Dark of the Moon, but every way I've tried it crashes. The log shows everything normal, no error messages however it stops showing anything after opened DVD. The screen progress however, showed this error message: Write file error 8. [65536! =0]. It's the exact same error message using both rip to hard disk and rip to image. Any suggestions?

From the error message, it caused by: ERROR_NOT_ENOUGH_MEMORY, no enough memory when shown the error message?
I am testing this disc, when finished i will post the result here.resigned -

Here have no issue when rip DVD of <Transformers: Dark of the Moon>.
How about change to another disc?resignedComment

I read another post about rebooting after the most recent update to DVDPasskey and did that. My pc then allowed me to rip to hard disk with passkey but when I tried to use DVD shrink to eventually copy to a disk that gave me another error message saying invalid data in file on one of the VOB's.
