Will not copy

I'm probably doing something wrong but I can't seem to get Passkey to record any DVD's from redbox. Sometimes I get a can't reset video to 75Hz or it just says can't copy. I'm using WindowsXPSP3 and Nero Recode 8. Any suggestions ?

As has been stated many times we do not discuss the copying of rental movies on this forum.

"can't reset video to 75Hz" is caused by: passkey settings-> External Program, unchecked "Start external program when media changed..."



We recommend you to use , Nero Recode is good, but not good enough. We had reported this issue to them, but they refused to fix it.
