No option to rip

I am unable to select rip to hard disk or image after upgrading to the new 8.0.5.6 version

when i right click, my only options are
enable passkey (checked)
settings
tutorial
forum
tell friend
about
exit


I've rebooted. On windows 7. Before update, everything worked fine.

Passkey 8056 is the latest version so you are good.

There might be a trouble in your network connection.

It looks that both DVDfab and Passkey needs to communicate informations such as encrypt keys or some fragment of data on the ripping medium with developer's site. So, good connection with the internet is the MUST in using the products.

If your network setting is not corrupted, the server on the site might have a trouble. At the time of the trouble on the site, the announcement is posted on this forum. So, subscribing to this forum would be useful for you.
