DVD Fab won't open since downloading Passkey for DVD

Since purchasing the DVD Fab Passkey for DVD Never Expire, Passkey won't open and Dvd FAB won't work any more either.

I've contacted customer support and they gave me a link to download DVD Fab again but after downloading, it won't complete the installation. I can't even get to the enter registration key portion.

I'm wondering if this site was hacked, both of my Windows 7 PC's aren't working since downloading Passkey and only the Mac DVD Fab is working at the moment.

Are you sure it did not install?
You will see the Passkey icon in the bottom right of your screen.
Are you running Passkey and Fab at the same time?
If so do not do this, they are both decrypters and will be fighting each other as to which one is going to open the DVD.
