failed to read IRON MAN BD, error 183

I tried twice to rip my IRON MAN blu-ray to hdd but it failed both times with an error 183. I cleaned the disc after the first fail, but no joy. The disc looks to be in perfect shape.

What do I do now, deactivate pathplayer?

Thanks for any help. Sorry for the redundancy in the log below as both rip attempts show up.

    Hi Harpmaker
Logs shows that it did open the disc.
Please try updating to the latest version of 8 found here http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm and try again, if not try version 9 found here http://www.dvdfab.com/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB9_BETA

If that fails too, post your internal log with the newer version attempt.
    Thanks

Thanks for the reply! I am using the latest version of Passkey and have just been using it to rip BD's directly to a folder on hdd. Are you saying I should be using it in conjunction with DVDFab 9 HD Decrypter instead of standalone?

I must say it surprised me that it chocked on this older disc; although I do remember we had to jump through some hoops to decrypt the SD version of IRON MAN when it came out.

Don't use Passkey and DVDFab at the same time, Passkey is not needed and you might get unpredictable results.

To resolve this for any that might be interested, the problem WAS the BD disc! I returned the original and got another one and it ripped just fine. I should also say that I'm now using the latest version of Passkey (8.1.0.4) so that might have something to do with it as well.
