failed to read Top Of The Lake

I tried to rip the 2 blu ray of Top Of The Lake but Passkey failed to open the disc : nothing happens after more than 20 minutes.
I also tried to upgraded to v8.2.0.7 but I got the message that my Passkey is up to date.
