    Robocop - unable to play

    HI Gang,

After upgrading our video card to GTX 660 and 2x LG E2711 Monitors we were shocked to find that our blu-rays wouldn't play any more - any app - it would error out after playing the opening graphics/branding indicating that "the connection to your display does not meet the system requirements for blu-ray. Please check your system for HDCP compatibility" (Nero Blu-Ray Player)

After researching this we found that Passkey was the only option. - We have used the "free version" until today when it said we needed to purchase the blu-ray edition - OK - considering this is a worthwhile program we purchased the Passkey 8.2.1.4 and tried again...

After over 1 minute of it scanning the disc it finally mounted and the same result of us being unable to watch the movie - this time however there is no error message but instead a BLACK SCREEN when the movie or Movie Menu is about to be loaded.

Any advice or anyone else experience this?
We have the latest Passkey and have cleaned the disk - we have tried other discs and they play fine - it just seems to be "Robocop"

    Thanks in advance!
(I'll check firmware of the hardware and ensure its the latest)

You do know that you have to use a digital connection to the computer monitor display be it a digital tv use hdmi or monitor use hdmi or if no digital sound required DVI nothing else will work.

Make sure your blu ray drives have the latest updates to firmware and check windows updates also use the update now button to check for updates now. Also should do a windows score update as you installed new equipment that will effect your score information. Also the version of cuda on that new card may not be supported by Fab yet they are working on it.

Post the log from Pass key could also be newer protection that Fab must update.

It should be the Monitors connection issue as glenns said, please connect the Monitor via HDMI or DVI.
