downloaded new version of passkey but it wont rip Dawn of the planet of the apes to hard drive.

Did you get any error message when ripper to HDD?
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

Failed to rip
There was no error warning at all.
The box came on the screen with destination folder plus rip or cancel buttons when rip button clicked nothing happened the progress bar just stayed blank.
This is the only disc this as happened on up to yet.

I tried other source but not repro the issue.
