Can't open / decrypt BD [Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2] ITALIAN

I have some trouble with this bluray: italian edition of "Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2"

the "counter" of reading goes infinity (up to 1500 seconds)
no error is displayed

version 8.2.3.8 have same issue, how many time I have to wait for backup this bluray?
