When I tick "Do not show again", Passkey ignores my check mark and when I restart the computer, I still get the start-up window. Am I missing something?

I received a response from Tech Support and it was my misunderstanding of the settings.
"do not show again" means do not show the DVDFab Passkey License Info page when you start DVDFab Passkey up.
If you do not want to start up DVDFab Passkey when you start your computer, please start up DVDFab Passkey, right click on its icon at the tray area, go to DVDFab Passkey > Settings > General, un-check the option "Run DVDFab Passkey at Windows startup"
