    Unable to open disc (Spectre - Rental Exclusive)

    Region: A

    Bought a used copy from a rental place, passkey won't open the disc after scanning for about 60s.

    Log is attached.

    Windows 10 x64, HL-DL-ST BDDVDRW CH10LS20 drive

    I finally e-mailed support and uploaded the two discs (minus .m2ts files) I'm having problems with since I got no reply here.

    I'll post back if they ever do work. E-mail support has been extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks

        Oh nice, thank you. I'll try the new release this weekend if it's out by then. I just have two discs left to backup. Pretty happy with Passkey so far. Thanks again.

          8.2.7.3 doesn't open this disc (or my other one) still. I heard back from e-mail support and they are still looking into it.
