Just bought Passkey Blu-Ray and HD, downloaded it put the password key in and I keep getting the same box as before I inserted the key, insert the key and get the message that it is now installed and the same configuration box opens, does it just run in the background?

Once you put in the registration info, the text should change to say that it is registered instead of trial mode. There should be a check box in the bottom left of that screen which you can check to keep that screen from showing up on startup again.

DVDFab Passkey runs in the background, with usually just a small tray icon (down by your clock). Insert a disc and it should jump into action shortly once it detects a disc in the drive. It will decrypt and fix the disc and present it as any old plain disc in Windows Explorer. Then you can do with the unencrypted disc as you please.
