    Error at lunching system

    Hi

It is the second time within a week I have got this error! As before, I have this error at system's start up. Then it seems all right when I restart the application.

    EDIT.
It wasn't possible to send a report. The button was grayed out.

    The error:

I have a serious problem with the new Passkey v8.2.7.8!!!!

First, it doesn't lunch generating the error above. When it lunches, an optical drive disappears in system!

My system is old Windows 7 64bit but I guess it should not be too old!

      Hi,

I cannot lunch the Passkey program. It crashes. When it runs it cases DVD drive to disappear. Can someone could advice anything on that? Or at least stat that you work on any solution?

      Thanks.

          Hi

I haven't tried it. I had to uninstall Passkey due to problems with DVD drive.

I'll try to test it and let you know.

I have been using version 8.2.8.5 for a couple of weeks and have not noticed any problem, so far.

            Thanks
