    That's odd as dvdFab opens the 3d version.

      From your log: 0m 20.53s: failed to report agid: sensekey 05 asc 24 acsq 00

      There is some communication breakdown between the optical drive and the software. Might try rebooting to release the drive with the movie disc in the drive.

          Did you activate Passkey with the valid license (not expired)?

          And did you get the error message every time when opening the disc?

            Hi,

            I have a valid license ( Lifetime).
            Message appears only on this film.

            Passkey 9.0.0.2 same problem
            passkey_internal.log

                Hi,

                This is a copy-protected iso file.

                Passkey 8 is the Blu-ray open.
                passkey_internal.log

                Passkey 9 does not open the Blu-ray
                passkey_internal (2).log

                Why?
