    Windows 7 64bit DVD Passkey causes drives disappeared

    Note. Prefix shouls read DVD Passkey v9.0.0.2!!!!

    The newest version DVD Passkey again causes my optical drive disappeared. Funny enough it also causes your DVDFab Virtual Drive disappeared! This problem was reported by me before in one of the previous versions.

    Did you mean that the Passkey 8 has no problem on your PC?

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

      Also on Win 10 64-bit.

      Had the same issue. Uninstalled DVDFab Passkey and restarted the computer and then installed it again worked.
