Can't play protected iso

Made with passkey version 8 latest version a protected iso of Mars attacks a older dvd.
Fab media player and power dvd can't play it play's all in blocks as if copy protection is still in it VLC can play it but only if you drop the iso directly into the players icon then it works fine in that player.If virtual drive is used makes no difference power dvd and Fab media player can't play it correctly.

Shouldn't pass key work with a protected iso it made to take out the copy protection from a protected iso? Funny how VLC player worked fine but only if you dropped the iso right into the icon of VLC player on the desktop.
Passkey worked fine making a normal iso of this movie and played in all 3.

Hi,

Do you still have the orignal disc? Please re-create the un-protected ISO.

And it's a known problem that the created P-ISO could not be played back.

Yes as I said in the post the unprotected iso plays fine in all 3 players just want to know how VLC player can play the protected iso but only if you drop it in the player and no other player seems to be able to do this I find this very strange and wonder how VLC player can do this.?

Also are their plans to fix it in version 8 passkey now that it's unsupported?
