    Other Sometimes slower to process

Is it normal that it can take up to 5 minutes to process a bluray. This was with The Purge Election Year. It succeeded at the end.

Try it a second time blu path ran twice and didin't know the region or playlist maybe if your the very first person to put the disk in passkey it's slower i am not sure but try it a second time for fun then we will know better.

It did eventually ask for the region code.

I tried a second time which also took time. The question about region code appeared again but disappeared before I had time to click. Still succeeds at the end.

Info for drive [G:\] (DVDFab Passkey 9.0.0.5)

      Support: BUS_ENCRYPTION=NO BN_GENERATION=NO

The disc contains Cinavia protection, you may not be able to play the backup copy/rip on certain players like PS3 (firmware 3.10 and up).
You can create Protected Disc as backup with DVDFab "Blu-ray Copy" to disable Cinavia.

Passkey is suppose to be faster with the new version so staff will have to take a look at this.

Here it comes better! One of my blurays, one disc of a Star Trek documentary called "Unendliche Weiten" with interviews of the other Star Trek captains by William Shatner, takes mortal 9 minutes and 22 seconds to process. After 9 minutes it asked for the region code.

Have you set the region in Passkey? Might help, sure won't hurt.

              Nope. Region isn't set.

Out of curiosity I tested this disc with the trial version of the competitors' program: 12 seconds including region code query.
