Title says it all. Inserted blu ray in drive. Several seconds later Passkey crashes and closes. I have attached the crash file and the internal log.

We need some files to fix the problem.
Please copy out all the files of the disc but except /BDMV/STREAM/*.m2ts files and zip them, then attach the file here. Thanks!
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
