BD+ version not supported

I'm trying to backup Ice Age 5 (french BD 3D version) but I get a warning "BD+ protection is not supported".
Could you help me ?

I'm using a trial version of Passkey 9.0.0.9

They added some country's today to the server for that disk if it still doesn't work add it to the list in the link below get the disks serial number from the internal log file post it, the title,3d and country, nothing else.
