Installing Passkey Lite

I had installed v, 9.2.1.2 (or so). Got a popup 'new version available' want to u/g? I clicked yes & newer version installed (?) but would not 'activate' Required a name & password. Name & p/w boxes only would accept anything, other boxes 'greyed out' Managed to install 9.2.1.5 on another computer and then got message new version (9.2.1.6) was available, clicked yes (like a fool!) and the same thing again, it does not work. Whats going on???

Please uninstall then reinstall v9216 to see the result.

I uninstalled old ver, installed NEW Release:::::::::: Passkey v9.2.2.6 is out, dod not work.Then uninstalled then re booted comp then installed new ver, both ways, = once again it doesent work.

Once again does not start uninstalled & reinstalled newer ver wont start
