Unable to open Batman The Animated Series discs

Came out on the 30th and Passkey is unable to open them. Just goes on and on then I have to crash it. Tried re-installing but nothing

Hi,

Please open the problematic disc in Windows Explorer, make a folder containing everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip and upload it to our FTP.

Please kindly check PM for FTP info. Thanks.

No need to upload those files, please try again directly.
If encounter read error, please clean the disc to try again.
