This is my first post. I apologize in advance if this post is not in the correct place.
I have been trying to open a few UHD Blu-ray discs with varying results. Most have opened fine however I have had problems opening a few, most recently Mission Impossible: Fallout and Christine, both are for Australia / NZ region.
Mission Impossible: Fallout - I get the following message:
Oops! This disc is not supported yet. Please try again at a later time.
When I try to open Christine UHD Blu-ray it attempts to open the disc then I get the following message:
An unknown error occurred.
Please check if there is a new version at DVDFab Passkey website.
I already have the latest update installed (9.3.2.8). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
