Hello, I just tried to create a ISO of the movie (Buffy The Vampire Slayer) with Passkey and I got the message,
(This Blu-ray disc contains BD+ protection which is not supported for now) I think this log is the one that might help.
I hope I am posting in the correct spot. thx

While that movie may not be supported yet you do need to update to the latest release of Passkey and if it's not supported there’s a BD+ forum, read the instructions for the information needed and post there.
