Excess Baggage Blu-ray Won't Open

  • Passkey v9.3.4.8 Excess Baggage Blu-ray Won't Open

    When putting the new Blu-ray disc for Excess Baggage, it will not open.

    Tried a few other new Mill Creek releases, got the "Uknown Error" message. Attached log for those as well.

      Hi,

      From the log file, the crt file was missed up for some reason, please try to uninstall and reintall first.

      Please let me know if still have the problem.

      For DVDFab9_Win7 & Win8 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab9\Log
      For DVDFab10_Win7 & Win8 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab10\Log
      For Mac: /User/User name/Documents/DVDFab10/Log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

        Yeah, something is messed up. My computer can't find the uninstall.exe file.

          Well, re-installed which brought back the uninstall exe file. So uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed and still no dice. Updated log file attached.

            Hi JPV555,

            Please make folders containing everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream for every Blu-rays you have such problem, zip the folders and upload them to our FTP (please check PM for info) , thanks.
            DVDFab log default location:
            For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab11\Log
            For Mac: Finder>Documents>DVDFab11>Log

            DVDFab Player 5:
            For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log
            For Mac: Finder>Documents>DVDFab Player 5>Log
