    Scream Factory Blu-ray This Island Earth Won't Open - failed to open 319

    I'm trying to open This Island Earth on Blu-ray and I'm getting an error.

    Info for drive [F:\] (DVDFab Passkey 9.3.5.0)
    Vendor: MATSHITA, Product: BD-MLT UJ230AS
    Revision: 1.02, Vendor specific: 08120800
    Drive region: 1 (RPC II), changes left: 3(user) / 4(vendor)
    AACS v1, AGIDs: 1, revocation level: MKBv66+
    Support: BUS_ENCRYPTION=NO BN_GENERATION=YES

    Disc media: Blu-ray (BDMV)
    Disc is not opened.

    We need files from your end to fix the issue.
    Please open the original movie disc in Windows Explorer, make a folder containing everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip it and upload it to our FTP site. Please check PM for FTP info. Thanks.

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
