It seems like the ripping process is taking too long to complete. Does Passkey have any logs or diagnostic utilities that would assist in getting the speen back in Passkey?

The default location for Passkey log is C:\Users\user name\Documents\DVDFab Passkey\Log. Please attach the log file here.
Also, do you have this slow issue with different movies? If only for a certain one, please specify the movie info.
If you have a different drive, please connect it to your PC to have a try too.
