The Jetsons: The Complete Original Series is not decrypting. I get a message that I need to update Passkey software. Log file attached.

From the log file, the crt file could not be found. have you delete some files from the installation directory or deleted by the other software?2m 02.53s: crt file missing!
2m 02.78s: error curl post: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
2m 03.78s: crt file missing!
2m 04.01s: error curl post: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
2m 05.02s: crt file missing!
2m 05.26s: error curl post: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
Please reinstall Passkey and try again.
And also please let me know if you have the same problem again.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

What's strange is it had no problem decrypting other titles (and no, I didn't delete any files). I'll try reinstalling in a bit and try that one again.Comment
