Sniper: Assassin's End Won't Decrypt -- Sits and does nothing

Put in the disc for Sniper: Assassin's End and just sits there before I manually cancel the scan. I've tried this a few times (once letting it go for a few minutes) including re-installing the program. Log attached.

Edited to note that after ~87 seconds, all activity on the Blu-ray drive stops.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
