Failed to open 306. An unknown error occurred.

I'm running 9.3.9.8 and was ripping discs just fine today but now not a single disc can be opened anymore.
Log file shows "failed to open 306" and a pop-up shows a error message saying "An unknown error occurred".

Usually this means either a new version is released (doesn't seem to be right now) or a connection failure to the servers perhaps?

Is there an issue at the moment?

Here the same Problem...on two PC. Old Version or new Version from Passkey...
