passkey not instaalling

I am running w7 pro 64bit i try to install passkey & get that it can't create the directery I have used ccleaner & tried installing as admin in safe mode.
The only way I can delete the directery message is to uninstall passkey & reboot the computer.

Is it can't create "X:Program Files(x86)\DVDFab Passkey"?

It'd be very helpful if you attach the error screenshot.

Do you have installed any Anti-Virus softwares which may be forbiden Passkey to create that directory?

You can try whether could manual create directory: "C:\Users\Rudy.Rudy-PC\Documents\DVDFab Passkey\Temp\" in Windows Explorer.
