SD on BD discs & BluPath - disc won't open

I've got a number of Bluray discs from Discotek containing a high (40+) episodes of a show in SD resolution. If BluPath is off the discs open but if BluPath is on the discs just keep scanning. I know that I should just turn BluPath off but I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

Please post the dvdfab_internal log file, we will check the log file first.
