Passkey 7.0.1.0 Will Not Open Disc

I'm having the same problem with Passkey version 7.0.1.0 that I had with the early version 7 DVDFab. When I run Passkey (any version) and insert a disc, it recognizes the disc (displays the title) and asks for the region.

I answer the region question and Passkey states that it is opening the disc. After just a few moments, it reports that "opening failed". Here's the info file:

Disc is not opened.
