Hello everyone, when I used DVDfab Passkey to back up my BD and UHD discs to ISO, I found a problem with the Blu-ray menu:
For some BD discs, such as Justice League, Batman v Superman (including the extended version of Batman v Superman), the chapter selection in the Blu-ray main menu is invalid. No matter which chapter is selected, it will play from the beginning of the movie. After entering the main movie, the right-click menu or shortcut keys of the playback software (powerdvd, vlc) can usually switch chapters, so the problem is not serious.
However, when I recently backed up a separate bonus BD disc of the Batman Collection (DARK_KNIGHT_TRILOGY_BONUS_DISC), since I could only select the content through the Blu-ray menu, this problem became very serious: no matter how I selected, I could only watch the longest bonus.
There was no need to back up to ISO. As long as I played the disc with DVDfab Passkey turned on, the main menu selection of the above disc would be problematic. If I didn't turn it on, there would be no problem.
Later, I tried the software xreveal to back up ISO, and the menu of the above BD disc was normal.
I hope DVDfab Passkey can fix this problem, thank you
