Passkey problems when it comes to Blu-Rays

Passkey says "this drive is excluded from processing" whenever I insert a Blu-Ray disc into my internal and external Blu-Ray drives., even after I click on or off the Blu-Ray drive in "exclusions", very frustrated with this program and I have and paid for the "All in One,Passkey" Clicking on "default" doesn't do anything.

Anyone have a solution for this?

Nope. Unchecking it didn't work for me. Seriously? I paid for this?! How come RedFox got shut down? Passkey can't hold a candle to ANYdvd and ANYdvd HD!

Could you please restart your computer and then run Passkey to try it again? Provide related screenshots and the Passkey log files and show us. Thank you in advance.
