Passkey 7.0.2.0 and Finding Neverland

"Finding Neverland", completely shutsdown Passkey, and returns me to your trouble panel. I would submit report, but trouble panel, doesn't seem to play well with my Outlook mail program.

This is the first out of over 50 titles to have a failure.

One time it gave me BSOD.

My solution, just don't add that to my MP4 library, and continue to use your great product.

Would like to, but Win7 has that folder locked. Sorry couldn't be more help.

with out the DVD in the DVD drive you right click the passkey icon in the information bar bottom right of computer screen and open settings. Then disable pathplayer and then put the DVD back in the DVD drive to let passkey open it

I have Windows 7 myself on a pc and it doesn't lock it.
Probably you have UAC activated.
