Not removing RC for BD This is it

I have a protected iso This is it (the original is available, but i prefer to use the iso so i don't scratch the disk)
This is region A

My two players TMT 3 version 170 and powerdvd 8 are set to region B

i can set dvdfab passkey to any region, and the players show the region mismatch screen
The disk decrypted fine just that the region is not removed
