DVDFab Passkey Not working with "UP IN THE AIR" Blu-RAY

Hi Fengtao,

Tested the product with the following setup:

TV: Panasonic VIERA TH-42PA60A 42inch Plasma TV - (SD) (older HDMI setup)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Ion Graphics Processor (Zotac IONITX F-E Series)
Blu-Ray: UP IN THE AIR

Passkey says that the disc is loaded correctly, however content will not play.

Tried this with AnyDVD HD but didn't have the same problem.

Product works great on other setups

what are you using to play the Blu-ray with? As that would be a big help in figuring the problem out. Also post the logs for Passkey they located in documents-DVDFab Passkey-Logs. Just zip them and post in your next post reply to this thread

Hey AGJ - used powerdvd 9 to play.
Blu ray drive is a HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW CT10N.
Will post the logs when I retry
