After installing dvdfab toolkit,I had a number of error messages pop up while program was trying to load.Then the program would freeze.The files dlumd9.dll,dlumd10.dll,dlumd11.dll could not be found.These files belonged to Displaylink docking station that I have.Because I am not using an external monitor.I just just uninstalled displaylink core drivers from windows uninstall programs.Then dvdfab toolkit was off and running,no errors,all fixed.If this problem happens to you in this way,I hope this will be a help.All the best
