Hello!
First, i have contacted the Support and they have testet it. It's not an Problem of the Program, its a Problem of my PC, i think.
So i will ask you here if somebody knows which settings on my PC maybe the issue for this Problem are.
See the Picture. You see the overview on the left side works. But i can't see a preview of the Video above the timeline. I have testet many Videos. No one works.
How i say the Supprt have testet many Videos inclusive my Videos. All works fine. But only not at me. Also no Programm Issue!
The only Thing i can do: I can take the Screenshots from a marked time. That works fine.
Windows 8.1 64bit
nVidia GeForce 660 Grafik (newest Update)
Hope someone can me say which settings maybe i must change that the Preview Works?
