DVDFab Toolkit Feature Request Not just cropping

I recently started using StreamFab's Netflix downloader and so far I am quite happy with it.
However, there are various video files that are uncropped.
So I tried the toolkit and was about to buy it when I noticed that the cropped video no longer contains AC3 tracks. They were converted into the Vobis format.

Is that really supposed to be the case, or is it a bug?

EDIT: I also noticed that the video bit rate changes after cropping and subtitles are completely deleted from the (in this case) MKV file.
It can't be wanted that way.

Crop video will always need to reencode video.

I'm aware of that, but that doesn't mean that other files within the Contrainer have to be changed or even deleted.
The cropping function doesn't really make sense then, that's why I'm asking if it's really wanted?!
If the container has to be re-encoded, why aren't the settings of the respective content applied?

It's a pity that the support and the programmers behind the ToolKit and the cropping function no longer comment on this.
