Subtitle rendering transcoding down BADLY

I have been using STreamfab and Toolkit for over a year to render subtitles into videos for someone. Recent something changed and now when I render the subtitles the vide gets transcoded down a LOT. Files go from 3gig to 300meg and the quality is BAD. I didnt change anything and I cant find a setting anywhere that I can make any changes to this.

We need more info to check this problem, please provide the log file from the Toolkit folder. Thanks.
