PS3 Passthrough back to DVD?

Long story short, I convert all my DVD's to PS3 and store them on a network HD so I can watch any movie without actually using the disk. I let my sister borrow one of my DVD's and it got ruined. Is there any way to convert the .VOB file back to burn it back to a DVD to replace the ruined disk?

You will need some DVD authoring software. DVDFab cannot do it. Try videohelp.com.
