Bad m4v to FLV Conversion

I'm a new user of the video converter. I just converted a m4v file to flv. The resulting flv file was horizontally squashed. How can I correct this?

Firstly, please play your source m4v file to see if it plays well.
Secondly, we need you tell us which software player you used to play the output flv.
all the parameters you set in conversion settings window before start to convert.

It seems to be OK now

I hadn't noticed the "video effects setting" option.

I went to it and adjusted the aspect ration. That seems to have taken care of the problem.
