mp4 to wmv conversion failure

Folks...

Trying to convert an .mp4 with AMR audio captured on HTC Polaris device running WM 6.5.3. to wmv. File plays correctly in Preview window, but conversion fails in single pass or 2 pass with 504.00 1 2.

Video Info and Logs attached... Internal process seems to indicate failures with AMR-NB audio codec. Any suggestions...

You set A/V as software and encoding mothodes as 1-pass to retry, tell me the results again.
