MKV to AVI Fails

I'm "trying" the video converter to convert ripped blu-rays from MKV to AVI (Generic.AVI.H264.audiocopy) format... The process fails at about 20%. logs are included below...

Hi PeteWhite,

Please try using DVDFab 8073 to do the conversion task and post the new internal log back, thanks.
Make sure you have set all the video decoder options and video encoder options as Software in Common Settings->General->A/V Codec before start the conversion process.

OK, I downgraded to 8.0.7.3. All A/V codecs were set to software as instructed...

Although I never got an error message the fps dropped steadily from 22 fps to 1.5 fps over a 5 minute period. I cancelled the conversion when the task time remaining went over 24 hours, it never looked likely to drop. The Internal log file is below...

The MKV file was created with DVDFab.

not sure this gives any insight into the problem tho.

Hi PeteWhite, this problem has been reported, and our techs are working on it "Conversion speed slow down up to freeze when Mkv to Generic. " We will fix as soon as possible.
