Can't convert AVI to MKV

I was hoping to be able to convert my AVI files to MKV but I'm getting the following on anyone of dozens of files:

Conversion: One pass
Work 1 failed, Error=513.09.0
Process failed!

Fails right from the get go.

I've tried Beta and have tried turning all acceleration to Software.

Any Ideas?

Hi brianfist,

Please post your log files in detail. The default location is like:
on Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
on Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
Then we will base on that to check where the problem is. Thanks.

This is not your entire internal log. Please post the complete internal log and source avi file's details. You can install MediaInfo at http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en and post back the analyzing result.

Okay, second try here. I start convert and have tried several files and it fails at the start almost instantly.
