    Converting MP4 to 3GP - Failed 504.00 1 2

Like the title says, trying to convert an MP4 movie to 3GP (1 pass) and I keep getting the 504.00 1 2 error. Kind of new so I'm not sure which direction to take with this. I have the latest software download available (8.0.8.5) and all settings are set to 'software'. Here is the log:

    ------ begin mobile work(1/1) ------

    1m 07.70s: create config(3)
    1m 07.70s: convert profile(cellphone.3gp.mpeg4.aac.LG.VX9400)
    1m 07.90s: 1m 07.95s: not set correct fourcc for video(13)
    1m 07.95s: info: set output video frame_rate(24/1)
    1m 08.01s: using software decoder(h264 multi-thread)
    1m 13.39s: ------ mobile work failed(504.00 1 2 ) ------
    7m 13.01s:

As you can see by the time stamps it doesn't even get started, it fails right off the bat. Any help would be appreciated, Thank you in advance.
