Only converts last few seconds of WMV

I just purchased the Video Converter add on. When I try and convert a WMV file for IPAD, the program starts and after about 20 seconds reports it has completed the task, the output is only the last few seconds of the WMV. I also downloaded the latest beta and had the same results.
Any suggestions.

We have reproduced your problem, just like you said the conversion result is not correct (it only playback the last 4 seconds of the WMV) , we will find and fix ASAP, thanks for your kindly response.
